Level Shower Adaptations  The company now carries out regular Shower Adaptations for Local Authority and Private Clients. These generally involve the removal of a bath, to be replaced with a level shower area / wet room. Our team are involved throughout the installation, carrying out removals, plumbing, tiling, plastering, new installation. A full adaptation incl new WC & Sink generally takes a week, subject to survey.

Refurbishment of existing girls and boys toilets. Removal of existing cubicles and sanitaryware. Installation of new back to wall pans and concealed cisterns, new cubicles, new hygienic cladding to all walls. Re use of existing sinks. New lighting and flooring.


Window replacements to occupied hospital wards

Replacement windows to Royal Devon and Exeter Wards. 

Grade 2 Listed Farmhouse Refurbishments

Removal of existing render. Installation of Lime render system, cob brick and block repairs. Decorations and other minor repairs throughout.

Extensive ground removals, retaining walls and landscaping to install new block and timber double garage, foundations for new studio, regrading of drive.


Homeyards Botanical Gardens For Teignbridge Distict Council

Works have involved refurbishment and building works to the Castle Revetment to bring it up to a secure building. This involved extensive works to the wall at the rear, with over 200 tonnes of soil being moved. Further works within the garden area involved new footpaths, refurbishing the Italian Garden, creation of a new disabled access and car park area. The castle will be used by the Community and Friends of the Botanical Gardens. 

Coop Store, Roundhills, Torquay For London Cambridge Properties

Works involved demolishing a block of garages at rear of shop fronts. Knocked two shops into one by removing party wall in a reinforced concrete building, this was a delicate operation as the flats above remained occupied throughout the works. Reduced floor level in rear of shops by approx 900mm, 2500 sq ft extension built to rear. Approx 1,500 excavated material removed from site. Works finished to for others to come in and fit out.

We carry out a wide range of access works to domestic and commercial properties, this includes ramps, step lifts, wheelchair lifts, door widening, new low threshold wider front doors, grab rails and bespoke fitted handrails in a choice of powder coated colours.

Redhills and Albert Street Retaining Walls  For Exeter City Council

Removal and replacement of retaining walls to Exeter City Council Properties on busy occupied estate area. Including approx 600 tonne of removals, temporary relocations of services ie Media Cabling. Footpath and landscaping reinstatement on completion.

Originally two very run down flats, Planning permission to create 3 flats and one studio flat.
