Admin & Accounting Assistant Part time (initially) Closing Date 16th November 2018 Hourly Rate   NMW + depending on experience

We are looking for someone who has good organisational skills, is able to multi task and enjoys a varied role. This post will involve supporting Directors and Managers with tasks such as Sage Accounting (posting Invoices, checking delivery notes, checking ledgers), General Admin duties such as Letter writing, answering telephone, replying to emails, along with eventually taking control of the Companies HR and Training and pre loading software with Contract details, these are the main areas, but every day is different. No experience is necessary in Sage, but we ask that you have some knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, along with general office skills.  Initially we are looking for someone to work 12 hours, this can be split over 2 or 3 days, and will eventually become a Full Time job.
